Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff USA's, has recently said at a conference the following sentence, “I certainly share the view of peaceful reunification of China”. He later explained it as a slip of the tongue, he wanted to mean only that a “peaceful closure” for China-Taiwan conflict is supported by U.S..

The statement was chosen somewhat unhappy. The Taiwanese are happy not sure. But the reunification of China and Taiwan because of its increasingly close economic and cultural co-operation almost become a matter of time. It is conceivable that the two parties would unite in a few years back..
